Art Club Home

Art Club is open to all McT Students in grades 9-12.

 

Meetings take place several times a month after school in one of the art rooms in Toolen. We do a variety of art processes including tie dye, painting, ceramics, and bulletin board upkeep around campus. We also take one big field trip per year, typically to New Orleans to visit NOMA and the Blue Dog Gallery. Our most important event is the Christmas Art Sale. All of our members are expected to contribute to the creation of paintings and/or pottery to be sold. All the proceeds are donated to local charities including the homeless shelters.
