2025 Sponsorship Fundraiser

Instructions

All players are required to sell a minimum amount in sponsorships for their team.

Freshman/JV/Varsity sell $1150  

Middle School sell $600

Players are selling advertising space on the back of our practice shirts as well as space in our gymnasium. (see packages)

CLOSED SPONSORSHIPS:  There are some businesses you cannot solicit because they are either assigned to another player OR the school has them as corporate sponsor.  The ONLY RULE AROUND THIS- is if YOU are the sponsor and your family member is entering the program.  Please look at the closed sponsorships.  We have alphabetized them by 2024 player last name as well as business last name.  

HOW TO GET CREDIT: 

1. Fill out the google sponsorship form by using the google form link:
2. If you would like to pay online (there is a service charge)- follow the directions on the bottom of th google form which will take you to another page.  If you want to pay by check- you are finished just click submit.
3. All SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION IS DUE BY MAY 28, 2025.  Coach Wood and Coach Johnson will be at McT on May 27 and May 28 until 11:30am each day taking the sponsorship checks but online form must be submitted. 
4. ALL SPONSOR MONEY WILL BE DUE BEFORE THE FIRST MATCHES START ON AUGUST 21, 2025. PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE UNTIL FUNDS ARE PAID. 
5. You will be invoiced for any amount below your minimum. If a sponsor cannot get the money to you by May 28,  but wants to sponsor, please fill out the google form including their logo and all information and you can collect the funds and turn in when we return on June 16. 

SHIRTS WILL GO TO PRINTER ON JUNE 1
