Transcript Request Process



ALL transcript requests MUST be made through Naviance Student.  Current Seniors have been given instructions on how to complete this by their counselor.  


To request a transcript:

  1. Students must login to Naviance Student.
  2. Click on the "Colleges" tab in the top right corner.
  3. Click on "Colleges I'm Applying To".
  4. Click the pink plus sign to add the colleges in which you are interested in applying.
  5. Select an application type.
  6. Determine how you will be pplying (Common App or Directly to Institution).
  7. If you have completed your application, check the box.
  8. Select "Inital" when sending the first transcript to the college.
  9. Click "Add College and Request Transcript"


Note: Final Transcripts can only be requested if the student has identified they have been accepted to the college in which they are requesting a final transcript. Additionally, an initial transcript must be sent before the final transcript can be sent.

Final Transcripts can also be requested in guidance office, if the current student is unable to request in Naviance Student.
