The Registrar is responsible for maintaining accurate personal and academic information on all students who attend or have attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School. The Registrar also keeps the records of enrollment and academic standing, and certifies grades for report cards and transcripts.

Order Transcripts

 

McGill-Toolen Catholic High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcripts and other credentials securely. The link below will open a new browser:

 

 

 

 

Due to privacy laws, ONLY THE GRADUATE of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School is allowed to request a transcript.  No parents will be able to request a transcript for a graduate.  Requests require submission of your driver's license / picture ID as a security measure for proof of identity.  

 

EDUCATION VERIFICATION NEEDED FOR ANY MCT ALUMNI: No information will be given over the phone. Please email Andrew Crenshaw with signed release from the alumni:   [email protected]

 

 

CURRENT STUDENTS: 

 

If a CURRENT STUDENT of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School needs a paper copy of a transcript for insurance or scholarship purposes, they must come to the guidance office and fill out the request. There is no charge for the current student to obtain an unofficial transcript. If CURRENT STUDENT is applying to college, they need to follow the instructions through this link

 

 

PROOF OF ENROLLMENT (Driver's Permit or License): Come to the guidance office to complete the form.  The form will need to be filled out by the student or parent of student with the student's information and then signed, dated and stamped by the Registrar.
