Band Member and Parent Agreement*

READ CAREFULLY!! I understand by clicking the yes box below - Band fees are $575 for every member every year. I will pay all money before or by August 6th 2026, or will make arrangements prior the due date. No additional orders will be taken after August 6th. The band fee is mandatory by the McGill-Toolen Band and is essential for the McGill-Toolen Band program. I understand that all fees are non refundable and items are non returnable. I will also submit all forms requested by McGill-Toolen Catholic High School and Band Program. These forms and money are necessary for maintaining the quality of your student’s participation and the high caliber of the McGill- Toolen Band Program. I also accept my role as a parent and member of the McGill-Toolen High School Band. I will follow all rules, policies, expectations and instructions, without question, given to me by the band director, sponsor, staff, drum major, and section leaders. I have read the band handbook and understand the requirements and attendance policy - No college/university visits/vacations/ family trips/university or college family days/ trips/play practices/musical practices/club sports/any outside McT events - or anything the director perceives as an unnecessary conflict will not be signed off on that directly conflicts with a band performance, rehearsal, game, parade, marching competition, and/or state band competition. I also understand that these rules are in addition to any and all rules stated in the McGill-Toolen Catholic High School Student Handbook.
