CP II Juniors (Period A) Assignments

Chapter 9 test.

1) Write at least a one paragraph summary of the life and the reason for St. John Paul II becoming a saint.

2) Write at least a one paragraph summary of the life and the reason for St. John XXIII becoming a saint.

 

- Paragraphs should be a minimum of five sentences.

- No more than two paragraphs per saint.

- Both paragraphs can be included on one page.

 

- It can be typed or handwritten.

- It can be turned in on Friday in class or e-mailed Friday by 3:00 PM.

- If it is e-mailed it needs to be an attached Word document, not typed directly in the body of the e-mail message.

- Simple MLA style for name, period, date, title, etc...

 

Some videos are attached to help if you need. Class notes may be used as a source for the paper. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

10 BONUS points given for attending the One Faith One Family event at the Mobile Convention Center with their parent. Student must show proof of attendance to get bonus points. Attached is the flyer, a video from Archbishop Rodi, a video from the speaker, and a video from the music artist that will be performing at the event.

This quiz will contain the vocabulary as well as material from chapter 6 of the textbook that we have covered in class.

Due to the weather I am extending this assignment by one day since some students may not have accessibility to a computer or Internet and need to access the computers at McGill to turn in the assignment to www.turnitin.com.
