Class Grading Procedure: Grades will be numerical. Grade in the course is determined by dividing the total points possible into the total points earned. Tests are typically 100 points, quizzes, homework and other graded work will vary in point value. THERE IS NO EXTRA CREDIT.
Make up work: refer to the Student Handbook. It is your responsibility to schedule make up tests. Generally, quizzes are not a make up item but a grade will be assigned based on the work covered in the subsequent test.
Class expectations: Homework is required. Homework is posted on the website. Homework is checked and graded using homework quizzes that will be announced. You are responsible for checking your homework answers and for making the necessary corrections. A calendar with listing for tests, quizzes, etc. will be posted on the website.
