Regular Admission
November 1st Freshmen Application Opens
Complete the New Student Application. The fee for all applicants is $100.
Placement Test: Part of our application process involves a required placement test. Placement tests are administered at each Partner School on a date decided upon by each school Principal. If your student is coming to us from a non-Catholic school, we will use the standardized testing administered at his/her current school to help determine placement.
November 1st Tuition Assistance Application Opens
Those interested in tuition assistance may find information and applications to the McGill-Toolen Catholic General Scholarship and the St. Augustine Scholarship under the Prospective Students/Tuition Assistance Program tab of our website.
December 31st St. Augustine Scholarship Application Deadline
McGill-Toolen Catholic General Scholarship priority & St. Augustine Scholarship deadline for consideration. You must have completed a New Student Application in conjunction with any tuition assistance application to be considered for a scholarship.
February Placement Test Results Mailed
Results are mailed to those families who have a complete New Student Application on file (online application plus $100 application fee).
Enrollment Packets Mailed
Packets include welcome letters along with registration appointments and other important information.
March 11 - 19, 2024 Incoming Freshmen Registration Event by Appointment

Transfer Students
Students transferring to McGill-Toolen Catholic from another high school must complete the New Student Application as well as submit all records from his/her current high school. These include an official transcript to date, standardized test scores, discipline record, birth certificate and proof of immunizations. Please contact Jennifer Tolbert, Director of Enrollment, prior to applying.
