The Registrar is responsible for maintaining accurate personal and academic information on all students who attend or have attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, keeps the records of enrollment and academic standing, and certifies grades for report cards and transcripts.
How to request a transcript:
- Local Alumni should come to the Registrar's Office in the McGill Building to fill out a Transcript Request Form and pay a$3.00 fee. This form is also available to download at the bottom of this screen.
- Out-of-town Alumni should download the form and mail the request to the Registrar's Office, McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, 1501 Old Shell Rd. Mobile, AL 36604 and include a $3.00 check or money orderfor each transcript requested. The request should state the name of the student while enrolled at McGill-Toolen, the year of graduation,and the name and address of the person or institution to receive the transcript. The request must also have the signature of the alumna/alumnae.
- Transcripts mailed directly to Alumni will be “Unofficial.”
- Only the graduate is allowed to request a transcript. Due to privacy laws, parents and spouses are not allowed.
