The Registrar is responsible for maintaining accurate personal and academic information on all students who attend or have attended McGill-Toolen Catholic High School also keeps the records of enrollment and academic standing, and certifies grades for report cards and transcripts.
-There is a $5.00 fee for any transcript requested from alumni.
-Due to privacy laws, ONLY THE GRADUATE of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School is allowed to request a transcript.
-NO requests will be accepted from a parent, spouse or other family member. The form is available at the bottom of the page for completion. You will be asked to show identification when requesting a transcript. Please follow steps below on how to request a transcript:
~Alumni may come to the Registrar's Office in the McGill Building to fill out a Transcript Request Form. Cash, check or money order ($5.00 cash, check or money order for each transcript requested) will be accepted in the Registrar office.
~Alumni may download the form (below) and mail the request to the Registrar's Office, McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, 1501 Old Shell Rd. Mobile, AL 36604 and please include $5.00 check or money order for each transcript requested. The request should state the name of the student while enrolled at McGill-Toolen, the year of graduation, and the name and address of the person or institution to receive the transcript. The request must also have the signature of the alumna/alumnae. You may also be asked to scan identification to registrar for verification purposes.
