 How can I make payments to McGill-Toolen?
Currently, there are two options for tuition payments. The first is full payment due August 1 and paid directly to McGill-Toolen Catholic. The second is a 12 month payment plan, using automatic draft withdrawals from a checking or savings account or by credit card. Fees are withdrawn in June and July and tuition is withdrawn in August-May. Mrs. Lil Bowab,445-2917, is in charge of Student Billing.

 How do I get financial aid information?
Financial aid packets are available in the Finance Office after February 1 prior to the new school year.

 When will be the first placement test be given?
The Placement Test will be given on Saturday, December 8, 2007 from 7:30-12:00 in the Library.

Will there be other placment tests?
Yes, there will be a make-up test held Wednesday, June 25 at 7:45 a.m.
in the McGill-Toolen Library.

 How do you apply for the placement test?
To apply for the Placement Test, contact the Office of Admissions, Ext. 138 or the Guidance Office secretary, Ext. 141 at 432-0784.

 How do you get an admissions packet?
To obtain an admissions packet, contact the Office of Admissions, Ext. 138 or the Guidance Office secretary, Ext. 141 at 432-0784.

 How do you get admitted as an upperclassman?
To be admitted as an upperclassman, contact Mrs. Kelley in the Admissions Office.

 How many levels of classes are offered?
Four levels of courses are offered: general studies, college prep, honors, and Advance Placement (AP).

 How can a school visit be planned?
To visit the school, contact Lindsey Weems at 445-2922 for details and information.

 When is Open House?
Open House will be held on Sunday, November 4, 2007 from 3-5 p .m.


 How do I get a transcript?
To get a copy of a transcript, you must come in and fill out a request form, and place it in the folder to be processed. To have a transcript sent to a college or an employer, you must come in and fill out a request form, then place it in the folder to be processed. Unofficial transcripts may be picked up in person; official transcripts must be mailed directly to the location requested. There is no charge if the student is currently enrolled. There is a $3 charge per request for all others not currently enrolled or just graduating. Checks should be made payable to McGill-Toolen Catholic High School.

 How do you find out your GPA or class rank?
To get your GPA or class rank, see your grade-level counselor.

 How do you get a report card?
Report cards are given out in 2 ways: at the end of first and third quarters, they may be picked up by the parents/guardian during parent/teacher conferences; at the end of first and second semester, the report cards are mailed home.

 How can I view my child's grades?
Parents may obtain an internet viewer code which allows them to view their student's progress on line. These codes are available at the first PTO meeting or throughout the year in the Registrar's Office. Codes change annually.
