Requests for Transcripts

How to request a transcript:
  1. Local Alumni should come to the Registrar's Office in the McGill Building to fill out a Transcript Request Form and pay a $3.00 fee. This form is also available to download at the bottom of this screen.
  2. Out-of-town Alumni should download the form and mail the request to the Registrar's Office, McGill-Toolen Catholic High School, 1501 Old Shell Rd. Mobile, AL 36604 and include a $3.00 check or money order for each transcript requested. The request should state the name of the student while enrolled at McGill-Toolen, the year of graduation,and the name and address of the person or institution to receive the transcript. The request must also have the signature of the alumna/alumnae.
  3. Transcripts mailed directly to Alumni will be “Unofficial.”
  4. Only the graduate is allowed to request a transcript. Due to privacy laws, parents and spouses are not allowed.
